Tender Description
The South Australian Housing Authority (“the Authority”) is seeking to secure a sole contractor to undertake civil construction services in Blair Athol as part of the Neighbourhood Renewal Initiative (“the Program”).
The Program aims to replace ageing South Australian Housing Trust homes with new homes, creating better social housing, increasing choice and affordability whilst creating jobs.
The project is bound by Grand Junction Road to the North, Main North Road to the east, Prospect Road to the west and Marmion Avenue to the South.
The successful tenderer will be engaged to complete civil and service works as per the technical specifications as outlined in Part B of the tender documents and is expected to comply with the requirements of Council and other service authorities.
