The Pig Launcher / Receiver Requisition Specification Supply Scope comprises of 12 units, 6 off 6” and 6 off 14”.

This scope includes the structural and miscellaneous materials supply, fabrication, NDE, gauging, hydrotesting, FAT activities, support to buyer SIT activities and loadout of the PLRs.

- Structural and miscellaneous material supply (of all items not included in the free issue material list) of the PLR as per drawings.
- Fabrication of PLR including welding, NDE, surface treatment, flushing, gauging and hydrotesting.
- FAT including trial lift, trial fit with FLET & calculation of COG using BUYER supplied lift rigging
- Support to BUYER SIT activities for ROV access and interface checks, connection and tooling interface checks. See Note (3)
- Storage from fabrication completion to loadout
- Loadout onto BUYER provided barge or transportation vessel
