Tender Description
Southern Ports invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced earthworks Contractors for the Construction of a heavy vehicle pavement, surfaced with asphalt and semi-mountable concrete kerbing with adjacent landscaping, including Installation of security fencing and automatic security gates, overhead lighting, and electrical and communications cables, new reinforced concrete pipe drainage, and demolish existing Shed 5 ablution block.
A site visit will be held at Corner The Esplanade and Bower Avenue, Esperance at 14 Jul, 2021 1:30 PM .
A non-mandatory site visits are planned to be held on:
Wednesday, 14th July, from 1:30pm, and
Thursday, 15th July 2021, from 10:00am.

If a COVID-19 lockdown occurs within Western Australia that impacts the planned site visit, an additional or alternative date and time for the mandatory site visit will be arranged.
Registered Respondents will be required to meet at reception at Cnr The Esplanade and Bower Avenue, Esperance.
Please note the following minimum PPE requirements: Hard hat; High visibility long sleeved shirt; Long trousers; Safety footwear; Gloves; and Safety glasses. Attendees are also required to have and present photo identification (i.e. Drivers Licence) if requested. Non-current MSIC holders will require to undergo a 20 minute visitor induction. Current MSIC holders will require to have their MSIC activated prior to their site visit and by stating the reason for their site visit.
