This Request for Tender is made by the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) for the provision of Primary Contractor Services to undertake all works involved with the delivery of expansion of UTS services infrastructure.

The key outcomes of this Project will be delivered in two separately costed stages:

Stage 1
Testing, development and completion of the current design documentation which is listed at Section 3.2 of Part C of this RFT, or a new proposed design by the tenderer, in either case to UTS's satisfaction, and successfully obtaining all requisite Public Authority approvals on terms acceptable to UTS.

Stage 2 (This Stage will only proceed if Stage 1 is completed to UTS's satisfaction), each Stage shall be separately costed:
- All works and commissioning involved with the expansion of UTS services infrastructure inclusive of the installation of four (4) 300mmNB pipes, (2xCHW and 2xHW), under Jones Street connecting the CB10 Chiller Plant Room with existing pipes in CB07/LRS.
- 4x100 electrical conduits housed within a 345mm sleeve to extend in the same trench from CB07/LRS to CB10.
- 1x150mmDN 100kPa Natural Gas connection from the CB10 Gas Meter Room to the Void area of CB07/LRS inclusive of all testing to Authority requirements.

The objective of this RFT process is to engage a suitable Contractor to provide the required works (including design elements) and services to deliver the aforementioned two separately costed Stages.

UTS Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the delivery of the project with assistance from UTS Strategic Procurement.
