Tenderer is requested to provide a detailed quotation for the Carmichael Project - Fibre Terminations scope of Works.

The Subcontractor will be required to perform the Works under the G&S Carmichael Mine SHMS and strictly adhere to those conditions.

The selected tenderer will be engaged via G&S's standard Minor Works Terms and Conditions (Contract).

Tenderers are asked to submit their bid as a lump sum form and include standby and variation rates accordingly. All tenders must include a program for the Works and be available to commence the Works on 27 July 2021.

Briefly the Scope includes;

Require qualified technician/s to terminate all cores into supplied FOBOTS listed below, total terminations are:

• 7 x 24C 10/125 µm SMOF Armoured Loose Tube Cores with Water Blocking, Gel Fill and PE/Ny/PE UV Stabilised Sheath terminations
• 2 x 12C 10/125 µm SMOF Armoured Loose Tube Cores with Water Blocking, Gel Fill and PE/Ny/PE UV Stabilised Sheath terminations
• 2 x 4C 10/125 µm SMOF Armoured Loose Tube Cores with Water Blocking, Gel Fill and PE/Ny/PE UV Stabilised Sheath terminations

All fibre terminations to be tested (OTDR), insertion loss & supply reports.

CPP Scope will be separate to the above and require an additional mobilization to site, design yet to be finalised - these Works will be awarded to the successful tenderer.
