Moore Public Amenities

Stanley Gates Park, Moore is on the D’Aguilar Highway approximately twenty minutes driving time from Kilcoy. The park is directly across the highway from the Moore shops. The Park attracts a significant number of visitors each day. The current amenities are very heavily utilised. The amenities were constructed in 1989. The internal facilities have been refurbished once since the initial construction and Council has had a significant amount of trouble with the heavy and on-going use which affects: the bore, availability of water generally and the operation of the toilets and treatment plant for the facility.

3. BRIEFING/SITE INSPECTION

3.1 Attendance at this meeting to discuss the Request for Tender is not mandatory.

3.2 Respondents are requested to attend a site inspection on Friday 2 July 2021 at 11am.

3.3 The location of the meeting is Stanley Gates Park, D’Aguilar Highway Moore Qld 4306.

3.4 The site inspection will provide Respondents with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the Contact Person prior to the Closing Time.
