Tender Description
Quotes are invited from independent and suitably qualified persons or companies to perform 6 monthly inspections of tenanted council buildings in Winton for a period of 3 years.
At present the properties to be inspected consist of
• 20 units at Diamantina Gardens
• 3 units at Bladensburg St Youth units
• 4 units at Pelican Lodge
• 13 individual houses
Expressions of interest are to include details of experience and any qualifications in real estate or tenancy management, an estimate of fees, and a breakdown of reports that will be provided to the council.
