Café / Bike Repair Lease - Sugar Bag Road, Caloundra

⁠⁠⁠Caloundra Town Reserve is a Council recreation park located on Sugar Bag Road, Caloundra. The reserve consists of approximately 49 hectares of bush land and caters for a variety of recreational, social, cultural and leisure activities for the community.

Tenders are invited for a Lessee to enter a ten-year Term for the operation of the Café, Bike Hire and Repair kiosk. The Premises is in the newly constructed recreation park positioned at the head of multiple bike trails, strategically positioned to take advantage of the high number of users that are expected to frequent this location.

The successful Lessee will be required to provide a commercial grade fit out to the Premises that fits the Permitted Use.
