This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This Request for Quote (RFQ) seeks to engage an experienced Service Provider with the capability to provide Benefits Management Services fulfilling the below high-level requirements:
(i) Develop a fit for purpose enterprise benefits management framework including processes, governance and templates, for AEC programs and projects; and
(ii) Develop detailed benefits management artefacts for the Indigo Program including:
(A) benefits maps;
(B) identification of benefit measures; and
(C) the processes for ongoing reporting and management of benefits, aligning with the enterprise benefits management framework.
