Tender Description
Technical electrical services (inspections, repairs, rectification and minor works) are required for all facilities within the City of Albany, controlled by the City, including but not limited to the following services:
- Annual inspection and maintenance schedules for Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre;
- Annual maintenance inspection of the Mechanical Services Switchboard at the Centennial Stadium;
- Monthly inspection of Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre building lighting;
- Sports lighting annual inspections and maintenance to various locations;
- Inspection and maintenance of Town Square Lighting;
- Inspection and maintenance of the Centennial Stadium LED Scoreboard; and
- Telecommunications cabling.
