Suppliers are invited by the Department of Education to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer No. QED106598 for the Provision of Professional Development Training for Staff as specified in Part B: SOA Details document. It is intended to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) with a Pre-Qualified Panel of Suppliers (PQP).

This SOA PQP for Professional Development will cover training and development in the following categories (see Part B: SOA Details, Schedule 1 Requirements for full details):

• Business;
• Communication and Interpersonal;
• Health, Safety and Wellbeing;
• Management and Leadership;
• Teaching Professional Development;
• School Support, Specialist Support Staff and Librarians; and
• Technical (IT specific).

The following is out-of-scope for this SOA PQP:

• Microsoft Office programs;
• Technical courses (e.g. Business Intelligence tools);
• In-house training programs (including Policy-mandated training);
• All training undertaken by Students (excluding Student First Aid training);
• AUSLAN Training (currently provided under QED95175);
• Trauma Informed Practice Professional Development Program and Resources for Cherbourg and Murgon School Staff (currently provided under QED97433);
• Restrictive Practices (currently provided under QED98105);
• Certificate III for Cleaners (currently provided under QED100181);
• Certificate III for Teacher Aides (currently provided under QED101115);
• Professional Services (currently provided under QGP0050-18 SOA Tranches); and
• Any existing Procurement Services Branch Contracts or Standing Offer Arrangements.
