This is an advance notice that Seqwater will soon be releasing to the open market an Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-construction detailed design consultancy services for the Toowoomba to Warwick Pipeline Project.

Seqwater is targeting release of the EOI on 21 June 2021.

The EOI release process will be as follows:

Registration – Respondents registering for the EOI will be required to demonstrate their previous recent experience as Principal Design Engineer on a pipeline project of similar scale and nature to the Toowoomba to Warwick Pipeline.
EOI – Seqwater will review the Registrations and determine, in its absolute discretion, whether a potential Respondent is eligible to participate in the EOI process. The EOI will be released to successful Registrants. Seqwater will endeavour to notify potential Respondents that it deems eligible within two business days of registration. Where Registration responses require further clarification, this timeframe may be longer.
An overview of the opportunity, the registration requirements and instructions for obtaining access to the EOI will be published via QTenders on 21 June 2021.

The anticipated EOI closing date is two weeks following the EOI release date.

Please note that release of the EOI is under Seqwater approval and may be released on a different date.
