Manager Capella Aquatic Centre

⁠⁠⁠Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking formal proposals from suitably experienced and qualified companies for the management and operations of the Capella Aquatic Centre for an initial period of 3 years with the ability to extend for two additional periods of 3 years, i.e. 3 years + 3 years + 3 years.

This Council owned facility consists of a 50 metre 8 lane heated pool, a 12 metre children’s wading pool, a small water slide and pool, and a small water play area. Buildings on site include the entrance with kiosk, reception and servery, kitchen, office, first aid and multi-purpose rooms, as well as amenities, plant room, small grandstand, and storage facilities. The centre also contains a modest gymnasium, squash court and a new children’s playground. All of these are serviced by a nearby car parking area.
