Millmerran Pool Refurbishment

⁠⁠⁠The Millmerran Pool is an ageing asset, the original concrete pool has been previously repaired with a fibreglass shell, but this fix has not solved the problem and the pool is continuing to leak significant volumes of water and presenting other safety issues. Similarly the change rooms structures are outdated and not up to community expectations. The pool and facility are not DDA compliant.

As such, the facility has been identified as requiring rectification. A major refurbishment is now planned.

We require two tenders to be submitted, one for a six lane pool and one for an eight lane pool.
