The vessel ‘Emily Rose’ is currently stored on a hard stand at the Department of Transport (DoT) Boating Facility, Jervoise Bay Cove, Woodman Point Recreation Reserve Munster, Western Australia.

‘Emily Rose’ was grounded at Dawesville and, pursuant to section 71 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, was removed and transported to Woodman Point by salvage contractors engaged by DoT.

The Item is being sold pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1970. DoT is seeking offers for the purchase and removal of this vessel. This vessel is considered to be unseaworthy and in poor condition in its current state.
