South East Water is looking to appoint an IT Software Testing Partner with the necessary expertise to:

• Uplift current testing standards and KPI achievement, maturity and practices.
• Explore options for new or emerging techniques and ensure we are continuously improving our approach, methods and effectiveness as a testing practice.
• Leverage more automation testing.
• Create a testing practice resilient to changing IT strategy and Digital landscape.
• Increase alignment of requirements management, development practice and testing practices with a view to move more towards a DevOps model in the future.
• Leverage industry trends for testing optimisation regarding subject areas such as integration, application management, data and security.
• Proactively manage testing capabilities against application & product roadmaps.
• Reduce our overall cost of testing effort.
• Implement effective testing team structures across project delivery, application delivery and support.
