Western NSW PHN has opened the Community Well-being Grants Communities Recovering from Natural Disasters under the Commonwealth Government's Empowering our Communities Program, offering grants up to $20,000 for community projects that focus on improving mental health and community resilience.
Western NSW PHN looks after 53.5% of NSW, covering Western & Far Western NSW with an estimated population of 310,000 plus and over 10% of the region identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander (ABS, 2016).
All applications will be assessed against the eligibility criteria.
