Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Contract Works required are:

Demolition of existing walls, roof, paving, SW chambers and cesspit. Excavate to allow for new foundations. Construction of new staff lounge, staff resource room, kitchen, accessible toilet and LSC offices x2. New carpet tiles, vinyl flooring, kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings, doors, windows, joinery, light fittings, HVAC and drainage works as proposed by the architect.
