Development of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workforce Strategy for the Townsville Hospital and Health Service

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (Townsville HHS) is committed to improving the health outcomes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and we seek the services of an external provider to develop an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workforce Strategy.

Please be aware that this engagement is to prepare the workforce strategy only and not to facilitate/manage project delivery.

It is an expectation the lead personnel proposed for this project will be of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent and be highly-skilled and experienced in providing comprehensive advisory and consultancy service on a broad range of strategic human resource matters pertaining to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
