North Sydney Council is seeking a suitable Enterprise Licensing Agreement (ELA) Microsoft partner that will provide for Council's current and future needs and accommodate growth.

As part of the Tender process, Tenderers will need to provide detailed listing of licensing information (Microsoft Part/License Number) and its respective unit cost, license quantities and total value.

Pricing is to be fixed for the duration of ELA along with future requirements of additional licensing. It is also required that during the period of the ELA any additional requests of licensing to be charged at the initial tendered price.
Council has taken due diligence and the indicated quantities are current with the environment
