Workshop Facilitation - Leadership Essentials for Managers Program

⁠⁠⁠Metro North Health is seeking to appoint a Supplier to undertake Workshop Facilitation forming part of the Leadership Essentials for Managers Program.

The Leadership Essentials Managers Program proposes to create a workforce of managers (new and established) with the skills, confidence, and capabilities to:

• Understand their effectiveness as a leader and their obligations as a manager
• Coach and lead people effectively
• Amplify the values and culture of the organisation
• Understand business intelligence i.e. finance responsibilities & delegations
• Build and manage high performing teams
• Communicate and influence across multiple stake-holders
