Removal of Shade Shelter and Sheds Renshaw Oval

⁠⁠⁠Bourke Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the removal of the bar area shade shelter and two (2) canteen sheds at the J B Renshaw Sporting Complex in Bourke. The Bar area shade shelter measures approximately 21 metres x 10 metres and is of mostly steel construction with a tin roof. The 2 canteen sheds, for removal as individual sheds, measure approximately 4 metres x 5 metres and 7 metres x 4 metres and are mostly steel and tin construction.

The EoI is on the basis of the removal of the materials and structures being at the successful submitter’s expense and once removed, ownership of the materials and structures will become the successful submitter’s. The EOI is for the removal of the structures as detailed above only and excludes the removal of the concrete flooring and cool room.

EOI’s will be received by Council until the 1 July 2021 at 4:30pm. EOI’s can be emailed to bourkeshire@bourke.nsw.gov.au referenced EOI Removal of Shade Shelter and Sheds Renshaw Oval, post to PO Box 21, Bourke, NSW, 2840 or hand delivered to Councils office at 29 Mitchell Street Bourke during office hours 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. EOI’s should include a timeframe for removal if successful with the application.

The lowest or any EOI will not necessarily be accepted.
