A Proposed Site Visit will be held:
AT LOCATION: Address to be supplied upon registration of the site visit.
DATE: Thursday July 1st, 2021.
TIME: 10:00 AM

You must register your interest in attending the site visit prior to close of business 5:00 pm Tuesday June 29th, 2021. For registration to attend the site visit please direct your inquiries to Kate Costan by email or by telephone (02) 6214-5934 during regular business hours.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-1449
2. Section 1, Pricing
3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications
4. Additional information as required in Section 3

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS/RESPONSES:
This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Electronic offers will be submitted with “(RFQ) 19AS2021Q0034 Fire Panel Monitoring and Maintenance" listed in the subject line to the following email address Costank@state.gov one day prior to the written proposal due date. No electronic proposals will be accepted after this time.

Quotations are due by 5:00 pm AEST July 20th, 2021
