Drilling and Construction of Superficial Bores within City of Subiaco

⁠⁠⁠The City of Subiaco (city), is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the sinking, developing and testing of bores in the City of Subiaco.
The city currently has 27 superficial bores across 36 reserves. It is anticipated that the city will sink, develop and test at least one bore per year. The city reserves the right to sink, develop and test bores based on budgetary requirements and at its discretion.
The Contract will be in force the period of one (1) year, with two (2), one (1) year extension periods exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Principal.
It is envisaged that only one Contractor will be appointed to carry out the services which are the subject of this tender.
