Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the reconstruction of the sports grounds at O.H. Reid Memorial Park and Castle Cove Park. Work at both sites will include earthworks, drainage, irrigation and turfing. At Castle Cove Park there is also installation of a new water storage tank and cricket wicket.

Tender Documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be obtained from free of charge.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at O.H. Reid Memorial Park, commencing at 10.30am on Wednesday 9 June. This will be followed by a meeting at Castle Cove Park commencing at 11.10am. All prospective Tenderers are invited to attend the pre-tender meeting.
Tenders are to be submitted online at:- OR -
within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The Chief Executive Officer - Tender for O.H. Reid Memorial Park and Castle Cove Park Playing Field Redevelopment"
and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067
so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Thursday 24 June 2021.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
