Tender Description
Fraser Coast Regional Council (FCRC) is seeking quotation for suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a housing diversity and land supply study for the Fraser Coast region. The project will provide a high-quality evidence base to inform and facilitate discussion on the:
- statutory 10 year review of the Fraser Coast Planning Scheme 2014; and
- statutory 5 year review of the Local Government Infrastructure Plan (LGIP)
