Tender Description
Junee Shire Council seeks suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide a tender for the annual DGB/DGS/Aggregates supply.
Please note that Junee Shire Council will appoint a panel of preferred suppliers.
Junee Shire Council reserves the right to reduce or increase the scope of works prior to commencement, and during the works/financial year to meet budgetary obligations.
The materials are to conform to all relevant Australian Standards and TfNSW Specifications.
The successful suppliers shall be required to hold and maintain suitable Public Liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, plant insurances, and all other relevant insurances.
The contract will be initially signed for one year. Council will extend the contract for another two years (in one-year lots), based on the assessment outcome of supplier’s performance and the rates at the end of each financial year.
