Expressions of Interest (EOI's) are being sought for the purchase and transfer of Licensee and location of the former Civic Hotel Liquor

Licence, a currently dormant full hotel Licence.

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the respondent. Lodgement information is provided in the EOI document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest submission or any submission.

A pre-tender meeting will not be held.
