Tender Description
Junee Shire Council seeks suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide a tender for the annual dry plant hire.
Please note that Junee Shire Council will appoint a panel of preferred suppliers.
Junee Shire Council reserves the right to reduce or increase the scope of works prior to commencement, and during the works/financial year to meet budgetary obligations.
The successful supplier shall be required to hold and maintain suitable plant insurances, and all other relevant insurances.
The contract will be initially signed for one year. Council will extend the contract for another two years (in one-year lots), based on the assessment outcome of contractor’s performance and the rates at the end of each financial year.
