Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Responsibility for Two Rocks Marina was transferred from the Minister for Lands to the Minister for Transport in July 2012.  On 9 November 2014, the Department of Transport (DoT) assumed full management and control of the Two Rocks Marina.  DoT has subsequently delivered and is continuing to deliver substantial improvements to infrastructure at Two Rocks Marina. 

DoT’s Maritime Business Unit is seeking expressions of interest from a Proponent to manage and develop a Boat Lifter Site under Licence.  This will involve the leasing, management and operation of the boat lifter site located within the Two Rocks Marina.
