TasNetworks is seeking submissions to engage a consultant to deliver a disaggregated benchmark report.
The consultant will conduct a review of TasNetworks relative performance based on the information in the AER's 2020 Annual Benchmarking Report for both electricity distribution and transmission, and to advise on the efficiency of our proposed base year to forecast operating expenditure in the 2024-29 regulatory period.
Further details are provided in the attached RFP document pack. Please review all documents in the pack and ensure in your submission you address all the requirements listed in the RFP response document, which is included in the document pack, along with any other supporting documentation.
Responses are requested in Word, Excel and Portable Document Format (PDF) and must be lodged in the electronic tender box set up for this RFP by the closing time.
Please ensure to WinZip all of the documents into one (1) WinZip file to upload your submission. Please allow sufficient time to up-load responses.
An online forum has been set up on the e-tender portal site for all questions. Responses from TasNetworks will be posted solely via this forum.
The forum closes two (2) days prior to the RFP closing time.
