The Information Services Branch has identified the need to engage an Enterprise Change and Communications Specialist to support programme delivery including the IT Consolidation program.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading change and communications activities on large scale technology projects, preferably within the Australian Government. They will be working with key stakeholder groups across the program to develop and deliver the Program Change and Communication plan that supports the IT strategy, drives employee and stakeholder engagement and promotes a shared understanding of the program initiatives and projects.

The successful candidate will be confident in their ability to develop relationships at all levels and have a passion for change, people engagement, planning and communicating to a broad range of stakeholders.
