Murilla Fitness Centre Gymnasium Management

⁠⁠⁠(Council are seeking Expressions of Interest from Organisations/Individuals for the Management of the Council owned Murilla Fitness Centre (Gymnasium only) located on Murilla Street Miles Q 4415. This opportunity will be offered for a 2 year term with the option to extend 3 x 1 years (total 5 year term) commencing 2 August 2021)

Site visits will be available on Friday 4 June 2021.

Submissions must be received by the closing time and date of 2.30pm Friday 18 June 2021. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.

Council may invite Organisations/Individuals to change their offers in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulations 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the highest or any submissions.
