Opportunity for a contracted Speech Pathologist to deliver Services at Cullunghutti Aboriginal Child and Family Centre Nowra.

Cullunghutti Aboriginal Child and Family Centre, and Grand Pacific Health are seeking expressions of interest from speech pathologists who are experienced and interested in providing high quality services to Aboriginal clients accessing services through the Cullunghutti Centre in Nowra. Successful applicant(s) will provide speech pathology services through funding provided by the Rural Doctors Network for 2 days a week up until June 30, 2022.

Cullunghutti is an integrated Child and Family Centre providing a place of belonging, cultural respect and safety for Aboriginal children and their families. The integrated Aboriginal Child and Family Centre provides a variety of services to meet the needs of children aged 0-8 and their families, including: early learning and child care, supported playgroup, children’s health clinics, antenatal and maternal health, children’s behavioural programs, early start diagnosis support and, adult and child counselling. The Centre’s focus is to deliver better coordinated services to the community that cover all aspects of children’s health and wellbeing and works in partnership with existing local services to meet the needs of the community.

The speech pathologist will be provided with ongoing referrals, clinical support, professional development opportunities and be part of a multidisciplinary team, within a unique practice environment.
