Lift Upgrade Services for Waitemata District Health Board

⁠⁠⁠Waitemata DHB currently operates 33 lifts across 2 sites, with the majority on the North Shore Hospital campus. Three lifts at the Waitakere campus require either modernisation or complete replacement. We are looking for a suitable supplier to work with the DHB to identify the best option to implement.

This project is made up of 2 stages.
Stage 1; is preparing the design and programme of works for the modernisation of the lifts, including a quote for undertaking the works to modernise the lifts.
Stage 2; is the actual construction works to modernise the lifts, based on the design and programme of works completed in Stage 1.

In this RFP process we are looking for a Lift company that has the requisite capability and experience to deliver lift design services (Stage 1 of the project).

To be selected as the Supplier however, Respondents will need to clearly demonstrate a strong history of designing, supplying, delivering, installing and maintaining of similar lift installations.
