Tender Description
The Ministry of Justice, as Principal, invites tenders for this project in accordance with this Request for Tender as contained in these Tender Documents.
This Request for Tender relates to the procurement of a main construction contractor for the Hutt Valley District Court: Security Interim Project.
The purpose is to upgrade the Hutt Valley District Court building in the following areas;
• the construction of a single point of entry/exit for Court participants,
• removal and construction of internal walls and services,
• upgrade of staff toilet block including all fixtures and fittings,
• upgrade of kitchen joinery including fixtures and flooring.
• the extension/modifications of existing fire, electrical, water, sewer, stormwater services and installation of new split heating/cooling system.
Two site visits will be held for this procurement, the details of which are contained in the RFT - Please email the Ministry's point of contact to register your interest for these.
Respondents will need to complete and return the Confidentiality Agreement which has been uploaded to this notice before the drawing pack will be released to them.
