Conveniently located just 4km from the revitalised Karratha City Centre, the Tambrey Neighbourhood Centre will provide new retail and residential opportunities that will complement the services and infrastructure provided by the Karratha City Centre.

Zoned town centre with a residential density code of R40 under the City of Karratha's Town Planning Scheme No. 8.
