The Aquatic Centre Residence is a freestanding brick building located at Lot 103 (61) Council Avenue, Rockingham.

The building is conveniently located with easy access to parking and transport. The purpose of this space is for community use.

The total leasable area is 960.2m2 (land) with the building ground floor space being 106.32m2.
