The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), through the TransLink Ticketing business unit and the Smart Ticketing Project, has an ongoing demand for a a number of subject matter experts and systems engineering support specialists in public transport ticketing. These capabilities will be required to support TMR during the design, formal reviews, development, testing and delivery of an account-based Automated Fare Collection solution and supporting operations services.
The Smart Ticketing Project Technical Support Panel is being refreshed as a strategy to acquire these specialist ticketing advisory services efficiently and conveniently, and also providing a value for money outcome.
Capabilities required for this arrangement include:
