Tender Description
DIPL Housing Office require the design and documentation services of Building Designers, architects, Services engineers including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical and Structural Engineers for the preparation of "issued for construction" drawings.
Submissions from residential home building companies and registered builders with drafting capability are encouraged to provide submissions.
Designers, Engineers and builders located in remote communities are encouraged to submit.
The refurbishment program will require personnel to travel to remote communities, provide scope of works and documentation suitable for construction.
Services to provide documentation for the new builds may require travel to remote communities, however this work is mainly managed through the office in Darwin.
