Tender Description
Supply and install of:
Approximately 1350m of new semi-rigid safety barrier.
Approximately 3000m of motorcycle protection device for w-beam safety barriers. (Approximately 1650m to be installed on existing w-beam safety barriers and the remaining on the 1350m of new semi rigid barrier).
Approximately 33 end treatments for W-beam safety barrier. 21 to be installed replacing existing end treatments. 12 to be installed with the new semi-rigid safety barrier.
Additional requirements:
- Contractor to organise site inspection with Junee Shire Council (JSC) following acceptance of quotation.
- Contractor to supply and manage traffic control during installation.
JSC will provide stockpile and/or storage for materials as required.
Please note, JSC reserves the right to reduce or increase the scope of works prior to commencement, and during the works/financial year to meet budgetary obligations. JSC may alternatively opt for a reduction in scope following the initial quotation. Please indicate where possible individual costing for each site and an overall cost for the project. Please outline any reductions expected for the full scope where applicable. (e.g. Anticipate 10% saving per site due to continuous work program when undertaking the full scope)
