Processing Fee: 16.5%<$999.99>11%<$19999.99>8.25% (inc GST) will be added to the price of the item/s sold

Payment

Items are sold on “as is – where is”, “Best return” basis and must be paid for by 5 Working Days

Terms & Conditions

All persons submitting an expression of interest are required to fill out this EOI form with details of their offer. Tenders can be submitted in writing at the Pickles Auctions Branch, via email or via fax. The successful applicant only, will be advised within two (2) working days. All OH&S rules must be adhered to at all times.

Terms and Conditions of sale of Hi- Rail Assets

If submission is on behalf of a licensed and approved rail contractor, you must provide current & supporting documentation to Pickles with the submission.
If submission is made with the view that the asset(s) will not be purchased for the use in the rail industry, by a licensed and approved rail contractor. The Hi-Rail equipment will be removed by the vendors contractors prior to taking delivery of these asset(s). This process may take up to 60 days and the removal costs would be the vendors.
Removal

All items must be removed within 7 working days. Buyer & Transport Operators must comply with all OH&S regulations & induction processes before entering site and must provide their paid in full invoice. Buyer must ensure surroundings are left in make good order when purchased items are removed.

Health and Safety

The Auctioneer and the Vendor have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that no plant or equipment offered for sale is fit for use in any workplace and it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that the plant is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use.
