8.25% (inc GST) will be added to the price of the item/s sold

Payment

Items are sold on an “as is – where is”, “Best return” basis and must be paid for within 5 Working Days

Terms & Conditions

All persons submitting an Expression of Interest (“EOI”) are required to fill out this EOI document with details of their offer. EOI’s can be submitted in writing at the Pickles Auctions Branch or via email. The successful applicant only, will be advised within two (2) working days. All WHS rules must be adhered to at all times. For full terms and conditions please see Expression of Interest Document attached.

Removal

All items must be removed by appointment only with the project manager and prior to 11th of June 2021. Buyer, Contractors, Tradespeople & all Transport Operators must fully comply with all site specific WHS regulations & induction processes before entering the site. Buyer is responsible to ensure facility and surroundings are left in make good order when purchased items are removed. All assets must be removed from the site in full.

Health and Safety

The Auctioneer and the Vendor have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that no plant or equipment offered for sale is fit for use in any workplace and it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that the plant is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use.
