Reporting to the Section Manager Digital Solutions, the specified personnel must undertake the following tasks:
a) providing senior development expertise for the development, maintenance and security uplift for CASAs application suite.
b) provide BAU support for key external facing web application.
c) develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures throughout the application development lifecycle.
d) providing mentoring and guidance to other developers and applications support team.
e) collaborating with other CASA business units including non-technical subject matter experts to ensure project and BAU deliverables are met in accordance with milestones.
f) contributing and providing continuous improvement and identifying, evaluating and managing risk in the delivery of project outcomes.
g) promoting workplace safety, equity and diversity and participative management and environmental management practices in the workplace and acting in accordance with CASA values and behaviours.
Mandatory
a) Minimum 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager, AEM Forms and Java.
b) Extensive experience in production support for JAVA / AEM and problem resolution for assigned applications.
c) Experience with end-to-end implementation, databases from AEM, using both front end (AEM form, workflows, ajax, cookies) and back end technologies (servlet, OSGi service, Sling)
d) Java background and working knowledge of Spring boot frameworks.
e) Good communication skills including, demonstrated technical writing skills and demonstrated ability to interpret functional requirements and communicate complex technical information to non-technical people.
f) Experience using DevOps, Eclipse, and teamwork using Agile methodology.
