Tender Description

Campbelltown City: A city of Ambition, Opportunity and Innovation.
Campbelltown City is a designated strategic centre and is just 53kms from the Sydney CBD, covering an area of 312 km2.
The City is home to more than 160,000 people with the population expected to reach 270,000 by 2031, and is a significant centre for the Macarthur region, providing a broad range of services and facilities including a major hospital, university, two TAFE colleges, arts centre, public transport, large shopping centres and a growing commercial and industrial sector.
Our location on the F5 provides residents and visitors with easy access to the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Residents enjoy this proximity while valuing the natural environment surrounding the city, including the Georges River, Scenic Hills, extensive bushland and rural lands.
Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council requires a suitably experienced and qualified organisation for the upgrade of the Raby Road intersections of Spitfire Drive and Eagle Vale Drive including traffic signals, road upgrade, additional slip lanes, shared paths, stormwater drainage, street lights, retaining wall, fencing and landscape works.
Tenderers must attach evidence of their accreditation with the WH&S Accreditation Scheme by the by the Federal Safety Commissioner (FSC) (www.fsc.gov.au). This is a mandatory requirement of tendering.
Tenderers must provide evidence of the current certification of traffic signals pre-qualification with Transport for NSW for the company (themselves or subcontractor) who will be completing the traffic signals works. This is a mandatory requirement of tendering.
Tenderers must provide evidence of the current certification to construct utility assets (Level 1 ASP) for the company (themselves or subcontractor) who will be completing the street lighting works. This is a mandatory requirement of tendering.


TENDER BRIEFING/SITE INSPECTION
Come along to our tender briefing/site inspection at 11am on Wednesday 19 May 2021. Tenderers are to meet Leah Dickson at the Eschol Park Football Club carpark, on Eagle Vale Drive, Eschol Park and must wear appropriate PPE.
