Expression of Interest - Office Accommodation Fremantle City Centre

⁠⁠⁠LPC Cresa on behalf of Department of Finance has been instructed to seek Expressions of Interest for the provision of office accommodation in Fremantle on behalf of the State Government.

Key requirements are:

• location is to be in the Fremantle city centre;
• approximately 1,200 sqm in the Fremantle city centre preferably over one floor;
• a location within close proximity and easy access to public transport;
• end-of-trip facilities should be included on-site; and
• premises to be available on or around August 2021.
