Campbelltown City is a designated strategic centre and is just 53kms from the Sydney CBD, covering an area of 312 km2.
The City is home to more than 170,000 people with the population expected to reach 270,000 by 2031, and is a significant centre for the Macarthur region, providing a broad range of services and facilities including a major hospital, university, two TAFE colleges, arts centre, public transport, large shopping centres and a growing commercial and industrial sector.
Our location on the F5 provides residents and visitors with easy access to the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Residents enjoy this proximity while valuing the natural environment surrounding the city, including the Georges River, Scenic Hills, extensive bushland and rural lands.
Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council invites tenders for inclusion on the panel for the provision of General Trades (Panel). Tenderers will need to demonstrate they have the necessary qualifications, ability and experience to provide the required Works to Council. The trades under this panel include:
- Brick/Block Laying
- Cement Rendering
- Kitchen Joinery
- Plastering
- Security and Pool Type Fencing and Gates
- Wall and Floor Tiling
SCHEDULE
Contract award: July 2021
Works to commence: July 2021
Term services may be required: Two years with three options of extension 12 months each.
