Tender Description
The fabrication, assembly, fit-out, testing and installation of modular switchrooms for Phase 2 of the Osborne North Development Project.
The scope of the package includes, but is not limited to, structural steel, floor, wall and roof framing, external wall and roof cladding, installation of nominated electrical equipment, doors, ceilings, wall and floor finishes, painting, lighting, ventilation, fire detection compatible with the Projects AMPAC Systems and Security.
There is a significant element of design involved.
