Traffic Control Services

The Contractor’s responsibilities under the contract shall be as follows:

• Daily Pricing for Traffic Control Services to include a crew of Three (3), Vehicle and signage at various locations throughout the North Burnett Regional Council area
• Provide copies of TMI and TMD accreditation for the relevant staff upon the supply of a Council Purchase Order.
• Ensure that the product supplied conforms with the relevant standard and nominated herein.
• Provide evidence to demonstrate that each product complies with the nominated standard.
• Accept all liability (other than that stated otherwise in these conditions) for any damage which may occur to the plant during the period of supply.
• Provide site operation procedures and rules in relation to the principal’s plant and operators when collecting materials from the owner’s site.
• Comply with work, health and safety legislation and the contract specific WHS requirements
• Comply with the council’s WHS procedures to protect workers' health and safety
• Ensure the quality of work performed and that the procedures for work performed comply with the provisions of Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 9002-1994 & 9001-2016
