Tender Description
This package includes construction and controls for the execution of two unsealed roads:
1. 3.4km Mine Haul road to support CAT777 Haul truck access to the
Eldo plateau ore body in Gove, NT.
2. 2.6km public bypass road
- Bulk earthworks
- Cut to fill
- Borrow to fill
- Culverts
- Rock protection
- Water management
- Pavement construction
- Road signs and markings
Considerations:
- Environmental controls within riparian zone
- Indigenous participation/engagement/partnership
- Sensitive areas; cultural heritage.
Out of Scope:
- Pavement material production
- Tree clearing
- Latrum River culvert installation
- Haul road windrows and signage
Resources, including fleet and personnel, and methodology to be recommended by the contractor.
Schedule: Haul Road operation to commence Q3 2022.
